There is no rigid threshold. The Platinum tier applies where the lending complexity warrants concierge handling - typically clients with multiple entities, significant net worth, multiple active facilities, or international income components. If the lending is complex enough that a mainstream broker would struggle with it, we are likely in Platinum territory.

Is the service different to Maxfin's standard offering?

The core process is the same. Platinum adds: longer initial consultation, direct relationships with senior credit at lender level, coordination with your existing professional advisers, and ongoing portfolio reviews. The fees, lender remuneration, and disclosure model are unchanged from standard Maxfin practice.

Can Maxfin work with my existing accountant and lawyer?

Yes - and usually does. Platinum lending almost always involves the client's existing accountant (for entity advice and cashflow modelling) and lawyer (for trust structures and security documentation). We work alongside them, not around them.
